Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Equinox

The 2024 Chevy Equinox is one of the most popular vehicles on the Chevy lineup, and it’s for good reason. Compared to its competitors, the Equinox offers great performance and a ton of features at an affordable price point. For 2024, you can get the Equinox in four well-equipped trims.

Trim Levels of the 2024 Chevy Equinox

LS

At the base of the lineup is the LS, which is equipped with a 1.5L turbo-four engine, pushing out 175 horsepower and 203 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated with a 6-speed automatic, and it’s the only powertrain option in the entire lineup. Combined fuel economy is 28 mpg with the standard front-wheel drive and 26 mpg with the optional all-wheel-drive system.

Chevy fits the sporty Equinox LS with 17-inch wheels, LED headlights, and heated power outside mirrors. Inside, you will get cloth seats, a 7-inch color touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, and a 6-speaker audio system. The cabin is spacious, with ample room for passengers and cargo. Chevy Safety Assist comes standard, and there’s an available Midnight Edition that adds unique black styling to the exterior.

LT

Moving up, we have the LT, which adds a Driver Convenience Package to the Equinox. The package will give you remote start, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, and a wrapped steering wheel. LT has an 8-way power driver’s seat and a 4.2-inch instrument panel as well. The rear liftgate is power-programmable for easy access to the cargo area.

Like the base model, the LT is also equipped with Chevy Safety Assist. It has safety features such as automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, lane-keeping assist, and auto high-beam assist. This trim also gets a Driver Confidence II Package, which adds rear cross-traffic alert, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, and front and rear park assist.

RS

The Equinox RS dials up the sporty vibes with 19-inch wheels, LED taillights, and roof rails. It gets RS-exclusive styling with an RS badge on the black mesh grille and black front and rear bowtie emblems. It is also equipped with the Convenience and Confidence Packages that add premium convenience features and safety technologies.

Premier

Premier is the ultimate luxury trim in the Equinox lineup. It features 18-inch wheels, fog lamps, and a hands-free gesture liftgate. The side mirrors now come with integrated turn signal indicators. The cabin envelops you in luxury with leather-appointed seats, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.

There’s a memory package that gives you two settings for the driver’s seat and side mirrors. Premier is equipped with a larger 8-inch touchscreen display up front and a standard wireless charger. There’s an available Redline Edition that pimps up the Premier with black and red accents both inside and out.
